The Yicheng Yijing Home project is located in Hexi District, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The project has a total of 1,144 units, all of which are two-bedroom units with a construction area of ​​approximately 87-89 square meters. The average sales price including full decoration costs is 23,000 yuan/square meter.

The property rights of the project’s houses are shared by the home buyers and the government in shares. The property rights share of the home buyers for a single house is 50%, and Beijing Boda Xinyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. After applying online, materials must be submitted on-site

Applicants must log in to the shared property housing subscription section of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development website to apply online starting from the time when the government’s online subscription announcement is released.

After completing the online application, the contact person of the unit must submit the list of paper materials of the applicant to the Shared Property Housing Reception Center of the Development Zone of Beijing Boda Xinyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. from August 23 to September 13.
